We are a apartment complex so I guess our main service is renting apartments.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father told me once that you can not go wrong with real estate so, I made a life of it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated were are rivals are run by management companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a total of 7 apartment complexes with 685 units. Yes we are in the process of expansion as we speak.

I95 north or south you get off at exit 5 141 north. Take 141 north to exit 5 the Boxwood Rd Route 62 exit. Follow 62 about 1 mile to Old Capitol Trail. Take right on Old Capitol Trail go about 50 yards entrance to Cranston Hall Apartments is on your right.

Our rental office hours are M-F 8-4:30 closed on weekends. We have sample apartments which are open daily for viewing M-F 8-8 and weekends 10-3.
